Session Types
Initial Session — 75 minutes
Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, discussing your goals and deciding together what support and approach may be most helpful.
Ongoing Session — 50 minutes
Follow-up sessions focus on your goals, exploring challenges, developing strategies and reviewing your progress.
