We provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help you heal, rebuild confidence, and move forward at your own pace.
Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person or online. Together, we create a counselling plan based on your individual needs and goals.

Counselling can support you if you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, specialist emergency support services may be more appropriate.
Counselling is provided by a qualified practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, along with specialised training in counselling and trauma-informed practice.
